Upon arrival, they took me to another hotel. They said it's a friend's hotel, because Glamor Hotel's prices are higher than I have reserved... That hotel across the street, all the spaces were dirty. In the bathroom, the tiles are glued with plaster. The breakfast is very bad, the food selection is poor. There is no self service. Internet connection was not working.

Nothing
First of all, dont pay them in advance which they want. It was written that they have a private parking and that you dont need a reservation. When we asked for it, they told us to use public parkimg. About rooms, photos are fake, nothing look like on photos. They gave us a room I cant even describe how bad it looked. After we said that we want to check out immediately and return the money they gave us another "better" room. Broken pipe, fridge didnt work, noisy, walls are damaged, etc. This is not a hotel with 4 stars. If you want to use pool, dont, it isnt cleaned for months. Breakfast, one type of cheese and bad ham, some not enough baked cakes, butter and jam. Never again.
